Owner is very sweet and eager to ensure that your experience is optimal offering flexible hours to suit the schedule of a busy professional. Her electrolysis expertise is the best I've ever dealt with: she uses a type (combination of the 2 types) that actually permanentely got rid of my unwanted hair! Her massage therapists (Violetta and others) are very talented as well and they offer a wonderfully relaxing facial.
