Review content:
"love traveling to hot springs, and while I generally prefer non-commercial sites, there are a few very worthwhile commercial options for an easy getaway. Cottonwood is one of those.
This was my first time at these springs, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was just okay (though CLEAN), but a good value overall when combined with the hours of soaking in their very clean, lusciously hot pools.
Cottonwood could be visited any time of year, as the water is definitely hot enough. When we visited, the hottest pool averaged 107 Fahrenheit, while another was about 102, and the largest one was 98. The pool area is open all day and night, so there are no curfews to watch out for.
While we were there, the vibe was very mellow. There were at most 15 other people soaking, but everyone was quiet and friendly. Families interacted well with couples and solo soakers."
