I have been to this spa three times. Compared to many of the other spas I have been to this one has the best changing area, a great lounge to relax in while you are waiting or between services, the front desk has had some issues but nothing major. I have worked in spas and I know that the front desk takes the heat for everything and often there is little they can do about it. If someone is upset they should ask for a manager instead of complaining to the desk. My facial was relaxing, not the best I have had, but good. My massage was wonderful and my waxing was done quickly, was painless, and looked great. For the price and the variety, it is a great place to go! Worth giving it a try or two!
