The gates rarely work, the water goes out frequently, the pool has a dirt ring, and the office staff does not return phone calls. My friend had painted his walls before his neighbors water heater burst. The apartment charged him for replacing the carpet after the paint ran. As I speak, my apt building is in darkness on the outside. Every floor is in blackout. When I look out my peep hole, I can see nothing. This is day 2! The rank is one only because it would not let me submit with no stars!
