i personally know the guy here, and i use to talk to him a while ago, but i think his business is dying because of the lack of vcrs because we are moving on to dvd and beyond, but if you need your vcr fixed, this is the guy to consult, he is really nice, and gives a money back garantee, he is a blast to talk to real nice guy
