This is the absolute worst apartment complex! They take you for all your worth when you move out. One hole in the wall and you will get a 60 dollar charge! Keep all copies off your work orders! You will need them. They fix things half way and then charge you for it when you move out. My credit is ruined because of this apartment. I have lived in different apartments and never been charged like this, I always get a refund! Try getting a hold of the manager to get an answer....and she will NEVER return your call. Thanks Melanie Dias for ruining my finances!!!!
