I never write these reviews but had a hard time resisting after finding this place. I was pleasantly surprised with a lunch date yesterday from 2 friends and it was at this new place called The Bistro in Our Town. I have to admit, I never had heard of it so couldn't really be excited...until I got there.
First ...the people who work there seem just as excited about being there as customers do. And since I go out to eat alot, I have to say that is not the norm. It was so pleasant to see happy smiling faces.
Second..The food is absolutely to die for. We couldn't decide what to order, so we all ordered something different and shared. I highly suggest this!! You get to taste so many things, and the portions---you WILL take food home!! My favorite was the Mac & Cheese, Chicken Cordon Bleu style---WOWOWOWOW!!
The food is soo fresh, and it tastes vibrant. I felt like our table was the only ones there as the food was hot, amazing and they catered to us like we were gods of some sort. And it was busy so not sure how many others felt like this but it looked as everyone there was having an amazing time. We chatted with a few other dinners and couldn't believe no one is talking about this place---really go try it out! I will be back, probably today for dinner.
Thank you to The Bistro, a restaurant who finally gets it!! We will be back, sooner then later, and with families and friends in tow!
