Review content:
The owner of Capps floor coverings is someone you do not want to do business with. He gladly charged two credit cards for the total purchase and assured the customer they had a minimum of 3 business days to change their mind and cancel the order. The customer changed their mind the next morning and called the owner of Capps to cancel the order. Unfortunatley, the owner then said the order could not be canceled because he had already ordered the product. So much for honoring his own signed contract. In my opinion, this is a very dishonest business practice and borders on the line of being criminal conduct. Now, this has left the customer to seek justice through the credit card companies and the civil court process. If you find yourself reading this review, just ask yourself if this person sounds like someone you want to do business with.

Cons: Dishonest merchant with dishonest business practices.
