Review content:
I made an appointment here on Thursday for Saturday for our one year wedding anniversary and red flags should have gone up right away. First, they had openings that close to a Saturday. Second, the girl I spoke with was not familiar with the services (she didn't think they did pre-natal massages). She also booked me for a hydro facial - something I was told when we got there that they don't even have anyone trained on yet. I made the appointment anyway because the place looked really nice and new on the website. When we got there on Saturday morning, there was nobody in the parking lot - another red flag. Then, there was nobody in the spa - yet another red flag. They didn't have our appointment in the system because they were "switching systems"... We sat there for 1 1/2 hours while they tried to call someone to come in and provide our services. They ordered us breakfast, but the whole situation continued to fall apart so we ended up leaving - with breakfast, a free candle and some sort of sponge. This was so disappointing - our first wedding anniversary presents were ruined. I just hope we can find somewhere else to go before our baby comes!
