Review content:
I am a novice with spas, but this was a pleasant and relaxing morning. I did a facial, body treatment, massage package. At my arrival, I was invited to fill out a form in a lovely room with fresh fruit, coffee, cookies, water, juice, etc, which were available to me in between each service. The whole process was about 4 hours. The best service was the facial. I could feel the benefits for at least three days afterwards. The body scrub was really great in the vichy room, they could have left that water running for 10 more minutes : ) of course, I did wonder if they were recycling the water for plants or anything. The massage was fine, but for some reason massages feel nice but I never have any lasting effects from them... oh well. The steam room shower was good too. I would go back for a facial and body scrub for sure. In fact, this experience has inspired me to look for regular facials in my area. The gratuity was automatically added at 20%. I wish they would just raise the price 20% and tell me the tip was included. I don't like the idea of being forced to pay something that should be my choice. I also didn't receive a receipt with the paperwork they gave me. Probably an oversight.
