Review content:
Upon entering the spa, I was greeted by a receptionist & then was asked to remain seated in the entrance until the therapist came to get me. I was not offered water, tea or anything. After the therapist showed me into the room (no dressing room available) she told me to remain there (standing) while she went back to get my paperwork. The table was so short, my feet dangled off the bottom. The therapist & I discussed what area I would like her to concentrate on - my neck, shoulders & back. Particularly my back. With 20 min left of the time, my therapist said "We only have 20 min left, do you want me to work on your back?" I was upset that she had spent so much time on my arms, hands, legs, feet that she did not have time to work on the part of my body for which I had made the appointment in the first place. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.,
