i recently got nationwide for my auto insurance. i needed a local agent close to me. so i decided to use doyles Miles. well huge mistake!! My insurance has been a nightmare since. i was told to get homeowners to lower my rate or i would be dropped. then told i needed a smoke alarm or id be dropped. never recieved refund or lower rates. the women working theyre were very rude to me when i asked about the policy. didnt return calls. i cant even begin to tell you the problems these people have caused me . ive never in my life had soo many problems with a company . if you want to keep people they should be treated kindly and be helpfull to you. i found out after that iam not the only person who exsprienced problems with these people . very upset with how they handle customers !! I would not recomend this branch to anyone for anything untill they some retraining on people skills and a better knowledge of how to help people with insurance needs. truly a nightmare dealing with them and no help certainly not a return call once they know they messed up. ive found in new milford theyre polite helpfull and know what theyre talking about. soo id go there if i were you. dont be another fool and use doyle!!!
