I agree The Ponds is a place you'd chose if you totally have no other choice, the rent is Ok, there are lots of children and in the "area" lots for them to do, yet The Ponds in my oppinion is the plush equivalent of the projects like on 43rd and federal the one's they knocked down. There is trash everywhere and the grounds are not kept up at all, only in the area where the office is. The water in front of the complexs' is dirty and the concrete is all broken up in the parking lots, guys hang out at all times of the day and night. I like the area it is sitting in but the upkeep could be alot better. Oh and who constructed the inside, why on earth are there two bathrooms sitting side by side just not a good look. just being honest. Thanks!
