I live in Buffalo NY and needed a plumber to unclog my bathtub drain after my daughter dropped a cap down it..I am a single parent with limited resources and was afraid of getting ripped off..I was pleasantly surprised by the professional ,low sales pressure I recieved..My plumber ,Albert even checked my outside drain w/ a video camera just to make sure everything was all clear at no extra cost,I would defintely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance. I was able to use an online coupon which helped..there was no mess for me to clean up and I felt he did a thorough job..he even liked my puppy...I am very pleased.
