Review content:
The worst apartment rentals ever. Eric Rampulla does not care about Tenants, even had his relative live there with BED BUGS and she refused rent, they evicted her. Property is highly infested, HPD, Health Department have been called to investigate by ME, they have been fined many times over for the same issues. Please do not rent, its a nightmare, horrible living conditions very deplorable. Flea, bed bugs, filth. Grymes Hill does not care at all. AND for the amount of RENT, never again..... time to move out. No heat, very drafty windows. Floors creek all the time from damage of termite infestation. Banging of Pipes from below that you can not sleep. Oh and the bed bugs, that they will NOT tell anyone that your neighbor has bed bugs....so if your neighbor has them, you are sure to get them...
