Had a terrible experience with them. Ordered and paid extra for expedited production and shipping. Called repeatedly to get status since online account was never updated. Was told repeatedly my order shipped, was told shipping number not available, but would be emailed. Come to find out, order was shipped to the wrong place so they had to redo the order. None of this was communicated. Once they found their error, instead of trying to get the shipment out, they used UPS Ground, ensuring slowest shipment possible. Should have received order today (10/26/11), UPS shows order will be delivered 11/1/11.
