Buyer Beware...these guys have more complaints and an F rating from the BBB.
I bought a suit for an occasion and asked them if I should pay 2 day shipping in order to receive it on time. They told me that it is 3-day shipping and not to worry. It has been 4 days and the suit has still not arrived. I requested a refund and a return...the manager then sent me a link to a return policy that they do not link to on the website.
Their Real Return Policy
Our return policy excludes the following products and services:
1. Products with brand names, Calvin Klein, Ralph lauren, Jean Yves, Tessori, Giorgio are non refundable but Exchangeable. These items are special orders so we choose not to offer refund for these items. We have chosen this Final sale because we work very hard to keep our costs low and be able to still offer such low prices on our every top quality men's suits. The restocking fee for these items can be up to 40%. Please be sure of your size before ordering to prevent any unnecessary cost.
2. Products with that are listed on our "Clearance" category or are below $299.99 USD. These products are usually reduced at almost 90% off retail and all sales on them are FINAL! No Returns!
3. Boys suits have Exchanges ONLY. No returns.
4. Any orders that are shipped via overnight at the customers request are final sales.
5. We do not accept returns on international shipments. All sales outside the U.S. and Canada are final sales.
6. All orders for Zoot suits placed between the dates of Oct 1st and Oct 31st are considered costumes and sales on these items are final. Orders for zoot suits not placed between Oct 1st and Oct 31st qualify for our standard return policy.
The return policy is only valid If somehow we mistakenly misrepresented the item.
If we shipped you the right item (style, color or size) we do not offer any refunds, it is exchange only.
