I can't say enough positive things about SDREI - specifically Tiffany Abbiate and Kurt!!!
Unfortunately, like many others, I bought a condo downtown over 5 years ago that was completely underwater and needed to do a Short Sale. From the very beginning Kurt walked us through the process and clearly outlined the pros and cons, ensuring that we made the best informed decision we could before starting the process.
Once we were ready, Tiffany took over and walked us through every step of the way until we closed less than 4 months later. Tiffany was our personal advocate and always kept our best interests in mind....and as a result, the process was quick (or I should say quicker than most), and efficient. Even when the 1st and 2nd buyers dropped out...she was ready with another one and worked diligently with the bank to ensure the process was not interrupted.
I've worked with multiple real estate agents in the past and SDREI is by far the most professional, efficient and working on your behalf all the way through the process! 5 STARS!
