My wife and I purchased a new spa last fall and that is were the disaster started.
We were quoted a spa detail by a sales rep he gave us a brochure and circled a spa with a special price good for 3 days. We purchased that spa. A week latter a completly differant spa was delivered. After heated discusion two with the sales manager and the the owner the replaced the spa. I beleive with a used one. It have leaked form the begining. Customer service is the worst. just call and try to schedule service warranty repair and you will be on hold for 30 -45 minute. They will not return a call. They will take you number but the will not call back. I would never do any business with the company again .
