I've been seeing Dr. Sass since I moved to Marietta in 1985 and have always been happy with him. He seems a genuinely happy person who is always easy to talk with. And I've never had a concern or problem with his results. Likewise, the people in the frame shop have always been helpful in getting the right new frames and fit. The only drawback is the "front office" ladies. They are a bit full of themselves and can painful to deal with. They need to be reminded they are not the doctors nor the patients and get off their bureaucratic high horses.
