I recently bought a 2012 Ford Explorer from Travis Hopkins. I highly recommend conducting business with him. He is a "no bullshit" person. He got us through all of the paper work quickly and painlessly. Travis explained how to use the navagation system with ease. He gave us the best deal around, was professional, and did not waste our time. We brought back our Explorer to have a tow hitch and wiring placed. The service department was just as wonderful as Travis. Plus they were the cheapest in the area. Everyone we had contact with at Nelson Ford was friendly, which made what usually is a bad experience a very good experience. When I say everyone was friendly, I don't mean that fake friendly. I mean they are sincerely friendly and there to serve you.
