I am a new customer to Joseph Michael's as of 3 weeks ago and as everyone knows going to a new salon and hairdresser can be a stressful experience. I was quickly put at ease with the service from the initial phone call and then my experience. Charles was the hairdresser I chose and he was everything and more than I expected. Most importantly he is an experienced and seasoned hairdresser but combined with his personal care taking and understanding what it means to provide outstanding customer service is what gave both Charles and the salon my 5 star rating. Charles did a beautiful job with both my color and highlights. I highly recommend both Joseph Michael's and Charles for a fabulous day of pampering!
