Review content:
I slept wrong and had a kink in my neck. Betty, at Spa Universaire, was lovely and scheduled me an appointment that same day (I called at 9:00 and my appt was at 12:15). Betty truly emulates the customer service that all spas should have. She was very attentive and made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. Betty fulfills multiple roles at the spa (repair woman, receptionist, attendant, etc.). Betty is the best review for this spa!
The facilities are extremely small and they are very limited in space. The space could use a better design.
