Let me start by saying that I have had numerous positive spa experiences with Groupon. Every merchant and Groupon have worked flawlessly together to insure maximum customer satisfactions except ADAGIO MASSAGE CO. Nashville. These people are frauds!! They imposed unusual scheduling procedures (that changed daily) and hidden restrictions on the use of the Groupon they listed. I made repeated attempts to reach them by phone and email. When I finally got a call back, they said that the Groupon could not be scheduled prior to April 18. This was not listed in the publicized pre-conditions of the sale. BUYERS BEWARE!!
