I understand how difficult it is to find a good vet, and I am happy to say that after taking my dog here three times for physical, I've decided that I no longer worry about whether I should find another vet or not. I did have (little) problem with them before, but it was mainly because of the vet techs, but the last time I was there, they had changed the techs and my dog was treated with care and diligence. I was rather pleased. As for my vet, Dr. Jenkins (there is another vet there, which I can't speak of because I never met him), she talks very gently to my dog and also explains to me what she's doing as she's examining him, and she would also tell me the results as she goes along. I am very happy with vet, and I think that's the more important part. Dr. Jenkins seems to know what she's doing and she seems to really care about the dog, and also if I had any questions. She wouldn't finish the exam until she's certain that I had no questions for her, and she never made me feel rushed. The staff made me feel very comfortable and a valued customer/patient. They are also very good at keeping the records and sends notice of what treatment is needed on schedule. If you have any concerns, they are very willing to work with you so the vaccination schedule suits your needs. They are never pushy with any excess procedure/treatments, either. They also provide grooming services, dental cleaning, etc. I feel like my dog is in good care in this animal hospital facility. The only tiny thing I wasn't happy about was that last year, a month after my dog went to his physical I received a bill from them, when I thought I already paid the full fee. It's always annoying to receive bills when you don't expect it. I asked them to make sure to charge me the full amount at the time of my exam, and they apologized for that and was sympathetic to the inconvenience. I didn't choose the price range because I don't really know how much vet charges on average.
