I was in a bind and really needed a Visa to Brazil before leaving for France in a week. I got great service for their standard price (I was not taken advantage of), they have clear documented instructions, are responsive in their E-mail and retuning phone calls, their time estimate matched exactly how long it actually took, and I got everything back with a day to spare - what a relief!
