Service: managers, Ricardo and George, nice people, but severly inexperienced. Food: greasy, bland and uninspired. First, let me say that we never did actually eat in the dingy, over-cramped restaurant, for that I'm thankful. The night started with an 8:30pm reservation for 6. The hotess finally offered us a 4-top table next to the front door at 10:00pm (at which they later seated a party of 3). We declined and agreed to wait a little longer for an actual 6 person table; that never happened. Instead, around 10:30pm they ushered us over to the fanciful sister restaurant, Lucky Latin or whatever it was and offered the Pipa menu. The food was overpriced. Clearly not worth the time or trouble of enduring the incompetent staff. Thank goodness they comped the sangria! I guess this is what you should expect from a restaurant owned by a carpet store. Pros: the sangria Cons: staff, management, food, the building itself
