The first time that I went there, many tables in the restaurant had this little dish that has flame on it. You could smell it. I looked all over the menu and couldn't find it, so I didn't order it. Then, the second time I was there, my friend who frequents the restaurant, ordered an appetizer that she recommended, and when it came, it was that dish that I saw from the first time! It's called the "Scallop Appetizer"; the name is not fancy but I think the dish itself is pretty interesting. A minced mixture of scallop, imitation crabs, and some other stuff that I don't know what, is placed on a scallop shell, and the shell is on top this flame on this plate. It looks at least interesting. The waitress said that it's very popular and they can make it spicy (which is what I prefer) or non-spicy. The cost of it is $8.95, but it's worth a try. I order that everytime I go now. YUM! The rest of the menu is impressive, also. They have regular sushi bar stuff, bento boxes, and other entrees. The portion for Unagi is big and the bento boxes are most filling. You can also ask for fried rice instead of the white rice to go with the entrees. Their fried rice is excellent. Lastly, but not the least, the prices are not bad at all!
