I could write a book that would depict all the amazing experiences I have had with Continental Diamond. Whether it be the unique way they helped me with my engagement or the fun, creative Valentines Day gifts. I could share of the personal service in picking out the perfect watch to surprise my wife on our one year anniversary or simply the numerous times I walk through the door to be greeted by name and with smiles, cookies and drinks.
My favorite Continental Diamond story was with my first visit to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring. After an hour or more of personal service I had picked out three bands and three diamonds. Dan Goldfarb, the gentleman helping me, set aside the three bands and stones and had promised to act as if he and I had never met the next time I came in - with my girlfriend. We went in a couple days later and Dan, knowing my favorite stone and band, showed my girlfriend numerous bands and stones including the ones I asked him to set aside - without pushing her one way or another (a wonderful trait for anyone in sales) my girlfriend ended up picked the exact stone and band that I thought she would - also my favorite! A great story and all thanks to Dan and Continental Diamond!
To be treated like family, not worried about whose customer you are or whose commission you are is what keeps me faithful to Continental Diamond. I am a customer for life just as all of my family and friends are! Thanks for helping me keep my wife and family happy with the bling!
