Good: Quick response for quote. Offered many options for payment. Efficient removal of old boiler. Installation was professionally completed. The new boiler actually looks good. And the system actually works!!!. Bad: Removal was very dirty. Left a substantial coat of dust throughout entire basement. Probably couldn't be helped. Soldering of copper pipe joints set off smoke alarms. All doors need to be removed to minimize damage.. Improvements: Installers should warn customers that smoke alarms should be disarmed and that we should expect very dirty conditions on removal.. Other: Special thanks to Scott & Vince for friendly & efficient removal of old boiler. Todd & Joe did a great job of installing new boiler. As always, Matt did a great job of wrapping up the loose ends of the install. And thanks for Aaron's attention to detail on the cleanup, final touches on the boiler and for making all repairs to my satisfaction..
