Since 2005 I have shopped the store in Latonia Ky. I have no complaints about the staff. I have a complaint about the quality of product. Seemingly business is off for obvious reasons in this economy. I bought on 10/17/11 chocolate truffles which were absolutely chalk like, the cremes were dried out. I purchased rice cracker snack mix which was stale. I purchased pistachio nuts that were stale. The chocolate covered raisin's and almonds were fine. Look, I'm not out to get this company, I just expect some reasonable inventory control, and if it doesn't sell, throw it out. Take a loss in the wallet but not on your reputation. I really like your products, I just felt kind of swindled out of 30$, when I got stale candy and nuts. Turn this negative into a positive and fix your inventory issue. I'll be back and will report again before Christmas 2011. Thanks
