After purchasing several guns and accessories through Tulsa Airsoft, we have unfortunately found that when a problem with a product arises, they will not stand beind their product. We bought a defective piece of equipment from them only to find the they will not give a refund or an exchange to another product in their store. The man was hostile, rude, and intimidating. We have spent our last penny at their store. It is sad they we tried to support the local economy by shopping there and paying higher prices than online only to discover that these people will take advantage of anyone. They may be kind while you are spending the money, but, be warned, you are on your owe if you have a problem...unless of course you want to pay their rediculous prices for repairs at their store often on their own defective merchandise.
