I actually DON'T LIKE this place. The facilities are ok, however the management is rude and unbending. Our retreat brought $12k in three days for a conference. In addition to the $80/room we were charged $8/person for a continental breakfast that consisted of granola bars, a small fruit tray (for 20+ people), bottled juice and coffee. We asked for a conference room to be added to our bill (was available), to be allowed to bring in day care or have the childrens area added. When asked to adjust these things, it "wasn't in the contract". We were not asking for free items, we were willing to pay for the services requested. They lost money and it will be recommended they be blacklisted from future retreats from our group. As comparison: A continental breakfast at a Comfort Inns is not only included with the $60-80 room rate, the breakfast consists of waffles, danishes, yogurt, milk, cereal, eggs, bacon or sausage, rolls, bagels, etc.
