Review content:
This is the WORST bakery I have ever been. The place itself is nasty..dirty floors, shelves..etc. The customer service is poor also. No one has any knowledge about cakes at all and will always suggest leaving a number so the owner can call them back but apparantly the owner only works a few days a week and limited hours at that so you better pray you call at the right time. They messed up a big event for my company only to find out that ,again, the owner wasnt in and no one else knew how to write on a cake! All that we were offered in the end was a husky 'I'm so sorry, Ya'll come back" I recommend Muddys in Memphis. We have been very pleased with them.
