Excellent experience with Planesman on our major kitchen remodel and mudroom and bathroom addition to our 1926 home.
Harold and his crew, as well as the subcontractors, were all courteous, thorough and great at their jobs.
Nothing was unsatisfactory. Everyone on the job reacted smoothly to changes or add-ons even in the midst of a specific task.
Crew members Bruce and Curtis were true craftsmen - detail oriented and very fussy that what they did be done right. They even sent wood back that they assessed as substandard. On the days that Bruce was here he always arrived at least 30 minutes early to be sure that all was in place before anyone else arrived.
All our homeowner questions were answered thoughtfully and cheerfully. They cleaned up the house and yard at the end of each day.
Harold (the owner) was consistently available with timely answers for questions related to the overall project. He also clearly has a good working relationship with city and state inspectors and all of the subs sang his praises.
The choreography of the various subcontractors was impressive to watch. It seemed one truck pulled away just as the next was was pulling in.
Even our neighbors spoke of how impressed they were with the crews' work ethic.
One aspect of Planeman's service that we especially valued was Harold's counsel regarding various choices throughout the project. He presented his ideas clearly and concisely, plus he has an enjoyable sense of humor. Another aspect that we valued was the clarity and transparency with which the financial features of the project were explained. It was easy to appreciate the experience that he brought to the project.
We would recommend Planesman without a single reservation.
