WORST SALON- BEWARE! I do not have enough time, or sapce to tell you my entire experience but will sum it up- Was there for over 6 hours, for services that should have taken only 2. They stylist could not get the color right (I am a dark burnette-shouldn't be difficult) and by the 3rd application of color I told her my scalp was burning- her reply," sorry, it will just be a few more minutes" WHAT? The treatment did not make any difference and I left with my hair to dark, fustrated, and having spent an entire day there only to have the manager inform me she wouldn't accept my sweetjack coupon and was asked to pay over $300.00 for this! In a nutshell, they are unprofessional, do not know what they are doing, have no concern for your time or welfare and lack any customer service skills- On top of overcharging! BE WARNED!
