My boyfriend tried to surprise me with a trip to Orlando for my 21st birthday, but when we got there the hotel we were booked in (Quality Inn) had cancelled our reservation. As much as we asked for them to help us, they just left us with nothing and we needed a hotel fast as we had other plans for the rest of the night. We then called this hotel and even though it was a little bit pricier than what we wanted, we decided that it will be the best place. Upon arrival we spoke to Aida and told her what had happened to us. We were expecting for her to just shrug it off and continue the check in, but she was very sweet and brought over her supervisor to see what he can do for us. When the supervisor, Rodrigo, came by, he heard our story and saw our frustratration and went ahead and gave us a discounted rate on our stay. Everyone here is super friendly. The room we had was very clean and spacious with a balcony. We truly had a great time. The Clarion made my 21st birthday great!!!!! We will definitely return :)
