If you've been reading my other reviews, you've seen that I've used a LOT of closing companies in town for rental properties we bought.
But my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE is First Tulsa Title. They're super small, just a 5 person office, but they're amazing. They get things done, call YOU with updates (rather than the other way around), and close quickly.
My favorite closer over there is named Laura... a spunky older woman who tells you what's going on with no sugar coating (she's used the words "realtor" and "idiot" in the same sentance... giveing us enough info to make a fuss of our own and straigten things out).
All in all, I'd rate them higher than any other closing company in Tulsa. There fees are in line with everyone else, maybe even a bit lower (since they have lower overhead)
