Businiess name:  Nam's Noodle
Review by:  Rachel Z.
Review content:
The waitstaff at Nam's Noodles were very nice. The restaurant is very clean, but while I was there annoying adult contemporary music (Michael Bolton-esque) was piped out over the speakers. Kind of a teeth clenching sound. A long list of pho is available and at very reasonable prices. All customers are required to pay cash for bills under $10. I ordered the sliced beef pho and found it very bland and disappointing. I also didn't like the noodles that were used in the soup. There was no flavor to the broth - it was obviously straight beef broth out of a can, not even doctored up to taste like an authentic pho soup. Another disappointment was the bad, cheap hot sauce at the table. I prefer chili oil with my pho, and there was none to be found. Nice, clean restaurant and nice waitstaff, but very disappointing pho.
