I have had important appointments to get to in the past 2 days. I called at 9am both mornings. One appointment was for 1pm and I scheduled a pickup for 1230PM. They showed up 25min late. I sceduled a pickup for 2PM for the same appointment. They showed up at 515PM.. I called back several times in between trying to find out how long it would be and all they would say is soon and say that the Taxi was on its way..... I would have called another cab but they lied about when I was going to get picked EVERY time I called. That was yesterday... Don't have space to write about today..If you looking to go somewhere and have time restraints of less than a day...lol this company might be for you. Otherwise save yourself the pain and frustration and of lies and non-reliability and call someone else.
