I took a day off from work to have my chimney cleaned and inspected by Mad Hatter. When the appointment window came and went (by 2 hours) without any contact from the company, I called their scheduling line to verify I had the correct date and time. I did. The lady at the main office was very nice but informed me that the employee scheduled to work on my house had taken the day off sick and I would have to reschedule. I am a very disappointed at the lack of follow through and I don’t plan to reschedule with this company a second time.
