Good: quality, service, selection. Bad: price. Improvements: The only thing that really could have been better was the cleanliness. Now I don't expect a restaurant to sparkle, but there were a few obvious things (like a couple of napkins on the floor) that really should have been taken care of.. Other: Now I'm not much of a "sweets" guy... except when it comes to ice cream. After having had mostly Coldstone and Baskin Robins, I was pretty impressed when I tried Carvel. All of their ice cream is pretty good, but what sets them apart is the soft serve - SO GOOD. The service is friendly, and for the most part, it is pretty clean when I go in. In my opinion, Carvel is a great place to go for an end-of-week treat..
