I have trouble finding time to get my haircut. It seems I don't have enough time. I used to go to the same place each time but now it seems like when I find the time I have to find somewhere quick and easy. I'm a guy and my haircut is very easy and typical. I'm not picky.
The salon was disgusting and I should have walked out. There was hair everywhere. Not swept up and not just from one person. At least 3 different colors/types around each stylist. I didn't care, I wasn't sitting on the floor and I had half an hour free and had been without a hair cut for about 2 months.
The stylist didn't sanitize until I asked her about it. She seemed friendly enough and I hate saying anything bad about her because of that. She did a horrible job. Sideburns uneven, hair around ears uneven and not trimmed. Varied lengths throughout. Neck trimmed uneven.
I contacted them to request a refund as I had to create time and go back to the stylist at a different salon I used to use and make an appointment when she was available(she's very popular coz she does a good job) to fix it.
The manager stated she would call me after I emailed her. She never called. I waited 3 days. I understand how one can get busy. I then emailed again requesting a refund. The manager sent me a coupon for a free hair cut at their salon.
I don't think I will be doing that. It will go on craigslist for free for whoever wants it.
