Businiess name:  Bed Bath & Beyond

Review content:
My fiance and I went to the Bed, Bath, and Beyond to register. We did not make an appointment but just showed up. They have a registry specialist at the store who seemed very knowledgeable about the process. Their policy is wonderful, we can return things (even without a receipt!) bought from the registry for cash! They were wonderful with us and offered to get us soda while we were walking around. They made sure throughout the night that we were comfortable and that we knew what we were doing. When we went to register for our pots and pans we looked confused and immediately a salesperson came over and told us many details about the products. The salespeople were very friendly with one another and seem to genuinely like working at the store. The reason that I am not giving them a perfect is because they gave us cards that we could give out to friends and family to less them know where we are registered. The woman at the registry said to put them in the shower and wedding invitations. It is against etiquette and very tacky to put registry announcements in wedding invitations and I believe that was poor advice (although she is trying to run a business so I understand why she would mention it). I also wish they had more of their wedding products in the store such as the frames and some china.
