I must admit that I love Chili's, but the local Chili's here has been the worst that I have been too. Our first visit was a disaster - we sat at a table for about 15 minutes without being helped. I called that to the hostesses attention and asked that we be sent a server. Another 10 minutes and still nothing. (We would have left but by that time our baby was fussng and it was easier to just feed her there rather than pack up and go elsewhere). Another trip to the hostess to request a manager and then another 1o minutes to flag down a food runner and ask for drinks. The server was unapologetic, took our order and the food came out 20 mins later- burnt! It was sent back and replaced and we got a free dessert. Figured we try again since we do like Chili's - this time service was better but food took over 45 min to arrive (not acceptable for a salad and a burger) . No apologies. Third times a charm (or not!) Service was slow, but friendly, food took forever, and burger came out burnt and 1 order completely wrong. This manager did comp the burger when a replacement was refused but I'm starting to think the grill cook needs a little help!
