This is my version of "fast food." Whole Foods stocks their to-go section with mostly delicious and fresh foods. I say "mostly" because some of the items really are hit-or-miss. The most common problem is the lack of seasoning -- but if you've got a stash at home, this can easily be fixed. So, to avoid disappointment at less than grand meals, I rely on four favorite staples for a quick meal, all available in the deli, cheese and bread aisle: tuna salad, edamame salad, baby swiss cheese and pita bread. This is the perfect combination -- and best of all, all offerings are always available. So, next time you're on the verge of slipping into fast food grease, swing by Whole Foods instead. If nothing else, this location is a great spot for people-watching. Pros: Great tuna salad, Tons of to-go choices Cons: Hit-or-miss
