Review content:
My mother brought my wedding bouquet here to have it freeze dried after the wedding. Apparently, many people also like to have funeral flowers freeze dried. Simone runs the business out of a workshop in her yard. When I went to pick up the bouquet, she seemed very knowledgable and informative. In order to freeze-dry the flowers, she has to disassemble the bouquet, process the flowers individually, and then reassemble the bouqet. I thought she did a skilled job of reassembling the bouquet. The problem was that the flowers that were in the bouquet were not a type and color that freeze-dry well. In fact, the orange calla lillies were now brown and the bouquet looked pretty depressing. I don't fault Simone for this, it's the nature of the flowers, I think. However, I think she probably should have mentioned to my mother the likelihood that the bouqet would not come out well. Still, she did not pressure me to purchase any of the special mounting displays, she gave me lots of information how to keep the bouquet bug free, and I took it home in a box.
