These people do not know what they are doing. They don't deal with any problems that are brought to them. They have an excuse for everything. I lived there last year, paid every bill they gave me ON TIME, and when they sent me the move out sheet, it stated I owed them $1400!!! I faxed all of my receipts of payment 5x!!! Yet they still claim they do not have them on file... Now, they won't even return my numerous phone calls. The management for this apartment complex is a joke. Duane the collection manager is a fraud, Denise the office manager does NOTHING! The apartment manager over all employees is the root of all evil at this place. LIARS, CHEATS, AND THIEVES!
