When we went to try on the sample dress for my friends wedding it fit perfectly even though my measurements suggested another size. I asked the consultant if I should go with my measurements and she said the sample fit so we ordered that size. When i went to try my dress on when it came in the consultant, a different woman from before, yelled at me saying that my dress would not zip and how could I ever get that size when my measurements said differently. I was so upset I could not even muster the courage to tell her one of her employees suggested I get the sample. She ran to get the schedule for alterations so she could let it out. I declined because the dresa could zip contrary to what she told me. I feel like I have been scammed by this company to pay more to them for alterations by purposefully ordering the wrong dress size for me. I trusted their judgment and ended up with the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
