Businiess name:  Walser Mazda

Review content:
I stopped into Walser Mazda after getting a call about a good deal on a new Mazda 3 hatch in manual, and ended up talking to Jason Lyles. He asked if I wanted to test drive the car, and I told him up front that I had next to no experience driving stick. In a true gesture of kindness he offered to take me to a nearby lot and help me get the hang of it. Out at the lot I didn't do too badly, but when I left the lot and came up to a big intersection, I lost my nerve and stalled the car several times. Jason opted to take over, and we made our way back to the dealership. Even though the experience of stalling the car was personally negative, Jason was courteous, helpful, and patient, and made the experience a positive one overall. I didn't end up buying a car from Jason (I had visited Morrie's first and wanted to give them the chance to match the deal, which they did), but despite that I feel like he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, passionate, and kind. If you're going to Walser, ask for Jason!
